Mass Immunizers Services
An estimated 86 million flu immunization doses have been produced this past flu season, which is substantially greater than the 61 million doses available the previous year and nearly equal to the maximum number of influenza vaccine doses distributed in the U.S. within a single influenza season.
In short, these figures mean more providers will be administering flu shots in the coming season. As a result of these high volumes, providers need assistance in billing both patients and payers for these services.
